How does the design of cross-country forklift door frame not easily deform

Off-road forklift truck is developed by Dicken Heavy Industry according to the topography of various regions in China. There are many kinds of forklift trucks and they are widely used. Each industry chooses different forklift trucks according to its own use.

1. Cross-country forklift truck portal frame shall not be deformed or welded. The rolling clearance between the inner and outer portal frames shall be adjusted reasonably, not more than 1.5mm, the rollers shall rotate actively, and the rollers and axles shall be free of cracks and defects. The groove wear should not exceed 10% of the original size.

2. The tension of the two lifting chains of cross-country forklift trucks should be uniform, not distorted and deformed, the end joints should be firm, and the pitch of the chains should not exceed 4% of the original length. Otherwise, the chains should be replaced.
